Fill out the order form with your name and phone number. Our team will call to confirm your order and answer any questions (weekdays 9am-5pm UK time). No prepayment is required. Your package will arrive within 1-2 working days, and you pay the courier in cash or by card upon delivery.

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to change your mind and request a return. Unopened products are eligible for a full refund. Contact our team, and we'll provide a return label and instructions. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 14 days.
